Remote technical support system to provide assistance to the entire dealership network from the headquarters without the need for travel.
The solution allows for the digitization of knowledge acquired in assistance processes through screen captures, session recording, and report generation.
Thanks to ATR, expert travel has been minimized, the learning curve for mechanics has been reduced, and the diagnosis and resolution of complex breakdowns has been improved.
