DAR System – Advanced Visualisation of Work Orders on a Digital Twin

Description

This project aimed to enhance the visualisation of planned operations and defects in the production and maintenance of the A400M aircraft.

Applications were developed for tablets, Microsoft HoloLens mixed reality glasses, and HTC VIVE virtual reality headsets. These tools allow technicians to interact with a digital twin of the aircraft, explore different sections, and consult the status of work orders. They can also report defects and incidents directly within the system.

The solution has significantly improved operational efficiency, supporting better decision-making, resource allocation, and incident resolution.
