Virtual control center - Process control and decision making improvement

Description

This project aimed to improve plant process control and decision-making through advanced data visualisation technologies. A virtual control centre connected to the SCADA system was developed, allowing operators to access real-time data from all plant devices. Through tablets, augmented reality, and virtual reality devices, users can visualise operational data on an interactive digital model and even modify key process variables when required.

As a result, the plant has improved its operational efficiency and provided managers with more effective tools for decision-making.
