Nippon Gases
Project
Virtual Reality-based Operator TrainingDescription
The project consisted of the development and implementation of a Virtual Reality simulator to train and evaluate the drivers of Nippon Gases trucks in the process of transferring liquefied gases in plants throughout Europe, in order to determine whether they are prepared to work in a real environment.
For this purpose, all the technical steps and safety protocols to be taken into account have been included, allowing the drivers to practice dangerous situations in a safe manner.
In addition, a simulator has been developed to train operators in the procedure to be followed to control and extinguish a hydrogen fire.
