Mixed Reality project to improve the efficiency of quality control processes

Description

The project was based on the SAAM solution, which enables the visualisation of step-by-step guided processes using Mixed Reality. On this occasion, Microsoft HoloLens 2 smart glasses were used to superimpose all the necessary instructions for carrying out the self-checking process onto the gauge.

Thanks to this implementation, the learning curve for new operators has been minimised, the reliability of the production process has increased, and efficiency has improved, as even expert operators carry out the process 15% faster when using mixed reality glasses.
