Advanced maintenance and monitoring system for the Alcira water treatment plant.

Description

An Advanced Maintenance Assistance System was implemented, allowing operators to access guided procedures via their tablet devices to carry out infrastructure maintenance tasks. In the event of an incident, the system included a Remote Technical Assistant for remote troubleshooting.

A Digital Twin of the plant’s cogeneration section was integrated into the system, allowing the operator to view the status of the digesters, flares and the methane gas tank in real time and remotely.

The project developed helps to improve the efficiency of maintenance tasks and incident resolution, as well as the monitoring of critical points in the plant.
