Advanced maintenance and monitoring system for a water purification plant located in Alcira.

Description

An Advanced Maintenance Support System was implemented that allowed operators to access guided processes from their Tablet in order to perform infrastructure maintenance tasks. In case of any incident, the system included the Remote Technical Assistant for the resolution of problems remotely.

A Digital Twin of the cogeneration part of the plant was integrated into the system that allowed the operator to visualize in real time and remotely the status of digesters, torches and the methane gas tank.

The project, contributes to improve the efficiency of maintenance tasks and the resolution of incidents, as well as the monitoring of critical points of the plant.
