On 3 and 4 April, the Municipal Auditorium El Batel hosted the 11th FP Empresa Congress, organised by the Association of Vocational Training Centres FP Empresa and Caixabank Dualiza, with the collaboration of the City Council of Cartagena, the Region of Murcia and the Orange Foundation. A key event for the future of Vocational Training in Spain, where more than 1,400 teachers and professionals from the sector shared knowledge and experiences.

As the leading company in the development of Virtual Reality solutions for Vocational Training, we were privileged to participate as exhibitors at this meeting. The result of this participation not only reflects our commitment to digitalisation and educational innovation, but also reaffirms our leadership in the transformation of learning through Virtual Reality.

Virtual Reality as a catalyst for Vocational Training

Outside the conference room, in the exhibition space, Extensive Reality captured the attention of the attendees. VET professionals, company representatives and public administrations came to our stand to see first-hand the capacity of Virtual Reality to revolutionise technical training, aligning the skills of students with the real needs of the market.

In this context, we presented our catalogue of more than 60 VR training simulators, designed in close collaboration with the business world. It was not just a theoretical exhibition: many attendees experienced first-hand the potential of our immersive solutions, checking how a real Virtual Reality classroom turns learning into a highly effective and motivating experience.

Effective VET is the one that responds to market needs

The congress brought to the table crucial issues such as dual training, sustainability and the role of expert teachers. At Innovae, we share the vision that Vocational Training is only effective if it is aligned with the demands of companies. Our mission is to provide tools that enable VET centres to offer quality training, ensuring that students acquire the skills that the market needs.

That’s why we develop our simulators in close collaboration with companies from different sectors, ensuring that every learning experience is relevant and practical. Quality training simulators not only enhance learning, but also optimise the recruitment and retention of talent in organisations.

We would like to thank all those who visited us during the congress, showing their interest in the digitalisation of VET and the potential of Virtual Reality in education. See you at the 12th FP Empresa Congress!
