Implementation of our ATR tool in IBARMIA's Technical Service.Description
IBARMIA‘s Technical Service uses ATR, our Remote Technical Assistance tool based on Augmented Reality technology so that the company’s technicians and even customers can be connected in real time, at any time and from anywhere.
In this way, the tool makes it possible to reduce diagnosis and incident resolution times, as well as production stoppages in a simple and efficient way, thus avoiding the need for technicians to travel.
As part of the IBARMIA ACADEMY training programme, ATR is also used to cover the specific needs of each customer, offering training content that is adapted to the particularities of each case.
