What sets IMPELIA Professional Campus apart from other educational centres is its innovative approach, which translates into the creation of training programmes backed by its Business Advisory Board. This council is made up of experts and representatives of renowned firms, which allows them to have a direct perspective on the socio-economic context, the latest business trends and the professional skills that the market demands.

Through collaboration with companies such as Mango, Fluidra, Ficosa, Nestlé, HP, Agbar, Werfen, Cellnex, MAT Holding, Molins, BASF and Schneider Electric, IMPELIA ensures that its training programmes are aligned with the real needs of the market. The aim of this synergy is to train students in the most in-demand skills, using tools and technologies present in the most advanced industries.

Among the different training courses offered, IMPELIA offers a master’s degree and a bootcamp in Industrial Maintenance Digitalisation, aimed at professionals learning everything related to the application of the latest technologies in the area of maintenance. To do so, they use our tool for the digitisation of technical operations SAAM, a reference product compatible with Mixed Reality. According to Carlos Valera, professor and CEO of MYC Facility Industrial, “SAAM is a product that is very consolidated in the market. It is very important to be clear that we have good products so that our students are well trained”.

Process digitisation, driven by tools such as SAAM, has become a key pillar for improving efficiency, productivity and reliability in business and maintenance operations. This approach not only addresses recurring challenges such as inexperienced technical staff or difficulty in accessing documentation, but also offers scalable and efficient solutions that adapt to changing market needs. As Ángel Romera, alumnus and team leader at Molins, states, “digital transformation within the industry is fundamental, as it gives us greater control of our assets and thus greater efficiency and greater control at an economic level and in terms of unplanned plant and equipment downtime”.

In this sense, David Faro, professor and secretary of the Reliability in Maintenance Committee in the Spanish Maintenance Association, underlines the importance of teaching how to use the tools and technologies currently used in the market, as these are crucial to improve efficiency, productivity and business competitiveness: “The important thing is to give those tools and technologies, that part that is not usually given in any other training, to be able to put it into practice as soon as possible”.

Centres that do not limit themselves to theoretical knowledge, but also provide those practical skills that are directly applicable in the labour market, prepare their students more effectively. “IMPELIA is offering the training that we are needing in the world of industry with the resources that are used and that are very difficult to find in any other training,” says Ángel Romera.
