Virtual Reality Simulators for Education

The Institut La Bastida in Santa Coloma de Gramenet (Barcelona) has made a clear commitment to integrating Virtual Reality into its students’ learning. Specifically, they have successfully implemented our First Aid, Occupational Safety and Job Interview simulators in the different specialities they teach.

Jordi Sora i Domenjó, director: ‘Training young people means accepting that they will live in a different time from their teachers, and that includes the technologies they will use in their daily work. It seems that Virtual Reality and simulations will be the most common tools in the coming years, so we need to bring teaching closer to this new paradigm: teaching based on proximity to reality.’
