Advanced maintenance and real time monitoring system for a water treatment plant in Calanda (Teruel)

Description

Implementation of the Advanced Maintenance Assistance System that allowed operators to access guided processes from their HoloLens device to perform infrastructure maintenance tasks. In addition, technicians could check electrical plans and include annotations of the modifications in the system.

For emergency situations, the system included the Remote Technical Assistant to be assisted by experts in real time remotely, as well as a Digital Twin to visualize in real time critical variables such as flow or chlorination.

The project contributes to improve the efficiency of maintenance tasks and the resolution of incidents, as well as the monitoring of critical points of the plant for the improvement of decision making in real time.
