On 5 October, Telecable<\/strong><\/a> invited us to participate in a new edition of its Technology Day<\/strong>, a meeting to reflect on new ideas, trends and values of companies. During the event, experts from different sectors debated about the stage we are in, in which analysis and decision making cannot be understood without technologies and innovation.<\/p>\n

Under the title, ‘The challenge of continuing leading as humans’, the attendees learned about the defining keys of the technological environment in which we live, keys that, to a large extent, will mark the future of the world after the profound economic and social transformations of recent years.<\/p>\n

Specifically, topics such as leadership as humans in the face of Artificial Intelligence, the technological revolution, cybersecurity and deglobalisation were addressed. In this context, Pablo Ayala<\/strong>, CEO of Innovae<\/strong><\/a>, shared a round table with Diego Suarez Alonso<\/strong>, commercial director of Telecable<\/strong>; Mois\u00e9s Riestra Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, director of the Artificial Intelligence section at Unicaja<\/strong><\/a>; Javier Fern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez, general director of Digital Strategy and AI of the Principado de Asturias<\/strong><\/a>; Shlomo Ben Ami<\/strong>, diplomat, former foreign minister of Israel<\/strong> and historian; and Macarena Est\u00e9vez<\/strong>, partner emeritus of data analysis and AI at Deloitte<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Among the topics on the table were questions related to the possible business strategies to be implemented in the current economic context and the way in which new technologies can help in the optimisation and efficiency of processes. These issues are essential to understand the environment in which we move and to anticipate, if possible, how to face the future at a social, economic and technological level.<\/p>\n

After the round table, attendees had the opportunity to explore how Extended Reality can boost efficiency, information gathering and collaboration in work environments thanks to an experiential corner set up by Innovae.<\/p>\n
