Last May 7\u20138, the Palace of Festivals of Cantabria in Santander hosted the 12th FP Empresa Congress, organised by the Vocational Training Centres Association FPEmpresa<\/strong><\/a> and CaixaBank Dualiza<\/strong><\/a>, with the collaboration of the Government of Cantabria<\/strong><\/a> and the participation of Fundaci\u00f3n Orange<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Under the theme \u201cBuilding Bridges: VET as a Space of Opportunities\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, the event once again established itself as one of the leading meeting points for Vocational Education and Training in Spain, bringing together more than 1,100 teachers, school leaders, companies, and institutions<\/strong> connected to the educational and business ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Once again, we had the opportunity to participate as exhibitors in a key space for sharing knowledge, innovation, and experiences around the present and future of VET.<\/p>\n

A key idea behind this year\u2019s edition was the importance of strengthening the connection between Vocational Education and Training and the business sector. <\/strong>The different talks and sessions highlighted how technology, innovation, and collaboration between educational centres and companies are becoming key factors in improving employability and preparing students for the new challenges of industry.<\/p>\n

In this context, our solutions once again attracted significant interest among attendees. Throughout the two-day event, many teachers and professionals visited our stand to learn about our catalogue of more than 60 simulators<\/strong>, co-developed with companies and VET educators to replicate real workplace procedures, environments, and scenarios.<\/p>\n

Many also had the opportunity to experience how a collaborative virtual reality classroom enables safe, engaging, and hands-on technical training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This edition also brought to the forefront one of the most relevant topics for the future of employment: the growing role of artificial intelligence.<\/strong> A debate that is closely aligned with our vision, as we are working on the integration of AI into our solutions to support the digitalisation of technical operations, optimise and standardise training processes, and deliver increasingly personalised learning experiences tailored to the needs of educational centres and companies.<\/p>\n
