This approach enables greater student autonomy, optimizes workshop time, and reduces errors during task execution, fostering safer, more efficient learning aligned with industrial reality.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The initiative has been developed collaboratively with several Vocational Training centers\u2014<a title=\"CIFP Tolosaldea\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ikaslangipuzkoa.eus\/es\/centros\/CIFP-tolosaldea\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CIFP Tolosaldea<\/strong><\/a> serving as project coordinator; <a title=\"CIFP Innovaci\u00f3n Social\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hernanilanh.eus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CIFP Innovaci\u00f3n Social de Hernani<\/strong><\/a>; and <a title=\"CIFP R\u00edo Tormes\" href=\"https:\/\/riotormes.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CIFP R\u00edo Tormes<\/strong><\/a> in Salamanca\u2014all of which have actively participated in identifying and digitalizing various procedures conducted in their workshops.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The project has also benefited from the participation of <a title=\"Mas Ingenieros\" href=\"https:\/\/www.masingenieros.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mas Ingenieros<\/strong><\/a> as a collaborating partner, leveraging their expertise in technology integration and industrial automation, as well as data capture and management. Using SAAM, instructors have converted real workshop operations into structured digital workflows that walk students through each practice session.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At CIFP Tolosaldea, the focus has been on maintenance and operation of conventional machinery, lathes, milling machines, and drill presses, giving students the ability to complete hands-on exercises with greater safety and technical confidence.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/EKrvTG-qT2g&#8221; align=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, CIFP Innovaci\u00f3n Social in Hernani has digitalized advanced manufacturing, maintenance, and electrical procedures, including 3D printer operations, compressor maintenance, and electrical assembly tasks. Meanwhile, CIFP R\u00edo Tormes in Salamanca has created workflows for Climaver duct installation, facilitating comprehension of process phases and critical control points.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=&#8221;container&#8221; padding_top=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Across all three centers, SAAM&#8217;s ease of use has allowed instructors to turn their specialized knowledge into digital training materials that connect directly to real workshop tasks with no technical hurdles and full content ownership.
