More than a thousand teachers and vocational training professionals attended the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones in Seville last Thursday and Friday, days in which the Vocational Training Congress organised by FPEmpresa and CaixaBank Dualiza was held with the collaboration of the Junta de Andalucía and the Orange Foundation.

The event, which reached its tenth edition, focused on the theme of career guidance and the importance of accompanying students throughout their educational path to enhance their development.

In this line, from Innovae, leaders in the implementation of Augmented and Virtual Reality technologies in the educational field, we participated in the event as exhibitors and presented to the attendees our solutions designed for Vocational Training.

In this way, they were able to get to know our catalogue of more than 40 Virtual Reality simulators, developed in collaboration with VET teachers to address the specific needs of various degrees in each professional family.

In addition, they explored the potential of SAVI, our platform for the integrated management of simulators that facilitates the monitoring and tracking of the results of each student, the controlled distribution of simulators, the centralised management of students and groups, as well as the definition of evaluation criteria.

The professionals not only learned about these solutions theoretically, but many of them also had the opportunity to try out our multi-user simulators in an immersive room installed specifically for the event and experience, first hand, the advantages of conducting a collaborative class in Virtual Reality.

Through this collaborative room, conference attendees also became familiar with our tool designed to organise collaborative dynamics, ERAVIS. This allows meetings to be organised in an unlimited number of virtual environments where students and teachers can share and upload content, including 3D elements related to machine tools, health, automotive, etc., and all this without the need for programming skills.

Finally, visitors who came to our stand had the opportunity to put on the Microsoft HoloLens Mixed Reality glasses and try SAAM, our tool for the digitisation of technical operations that allows the design of step-by-step guided processes for subsequent visualisation through holograms superimposed on the real environment.

We sincerely thank all of you who visited us and hope to see you next year at the 11th Vocational Training Congress to continue transforming vocational education and training.
